Eligibility
- Middle Mile operations
- Dry van commodity haulers
- Regular delivery routes; 5–75 units preferred; 3+ years in business (recent and concurrent)
- Drivers with 2+ years of experience
- Favorable loss history
- TruckerCloud compatible ELD device
- Satisfactory safety scores (SAFER/SMS)
Excluded Risks
- Operations: Intermodal, HAZMAT haulers, tankers
- Trailers: flatbed, refrigerated, tank & any 30+ years old
- Power units 25+ years old
- High percentage of retail or warehouse club store delivery
- Home/residential delivery
- Brokerage operations unless incidental
- Conditional or unsatisfactory DOT rating
- Two or more SMS Basic Alerts
