SPG Transportation is committed to providing efficient and timely claim handling to our insureds. To ensure the best outcome, please report all claims promptly, even if some documents are not immediately available.

Reporting Requirements

• Notice of Claim made as soon as possible.
• Policy number and details of the incident being reported.
• Please reference your policy for complete details relating to reporting requirements in connection with claim(s) or potential claim(s), including what to include in your notices.

What to Expect When You Submit a Claim

• Once you submit your claim, you will receive contact from your claims examiner within two business days to confirm receipt of your claim submission.
• If immediate handling is required, a local adjuster will be assigned.
• An acknowledgement letter will be sent once the claim is received. This will include the claim number assigned to the claim, and the claims examiner's name and contact information.
• After the claim has been assessed to confirm liability and coverage, a decision will be made regarding the claim settlement.
