How to become appointed with SPG

We would like to thank you for your interest in doing business with SPG Wholesale. Our company takes great pride in providing excellent service.

We do business with both admitted and non-admitted markets in commercial property & casualty, professional lines, and personal lines.

To get you set up, we will need to have the following forms returned prior to binding.

What to Include

  • Signed Producer Agreement (if needed, please request this in a separate email to: spgappointments@specialtyprogramgroup.com)
  • Copy of your current agent/broker license
  • Copy of declarations page of your current E&O Insurance
  • Your e-mail address
  • Copy of your W-9
  • The attached Producer Profile
