- Individual emails – Emails sent to an employee’s current address will continue to forward.
- Shared and service inboxes (e.g., submissions@bha.com, info@csrisks.com, monarchclaims@monarchexcess.
com) will not change. Please continue to use the existing addresses for submissions, claims, and service requests.
No. You’ll continue to receive the same solutions and service from the same experienced team you’ve always worked with.
For most of our partners, very little changes. You’ll continue to work with the same people you know and trust, under the same contracts and coverage terms. The biggest difference you’ll see is our branding – our communications, invoices, and materials will now carry the SPG name.
Yes. All current contracts, policies, and coverage terms remain valid and enforceable. No action is required on your part for now.
No. You will continue to work with the same teams that know your business.
No. All of our existing products and programs remain in place. Over time, you may also see expanded solutions as part of SPG Wholesale’s growth.
Invoices, statements, and letters will now be co-branded with SPG and the legacy brand for clarity. Your billing processes and payment instructions remain the same, please continue to follow the remit details on your invoice.
No. Please continue to use the remit-to information shown on your invoice or statement. Multiple division-specific accounts remain active during this transition.
If a payment is ever misrouted, SPG will ensure it is reassigned to the correct account. No action is required on your part.
No. Claims reporting and servicing remain exactly the same.
No, you will continue using the same portals for now.
No. SPG is not requiring new contracts as part of this rebrand. Existing agreements remain valid. If a carrier requests updated documentation, our Operations team will provide it.
