Amanda Duncan

CEO, SPG ENVIRONMENTAL

With over 25 years of professional experience, Amanda Duncan serves as CEO for SPG Environmental, as well as President for their Underwriting Division, PartnerOne Environmental. Prior to joining SPG Environmental, Amanda was a Product Line Manager and Underwriter for three environmental insurance carriers. She also previously worked as a Project Engineer for an environmental contractor in Atlanta, GA, where she helped manage and implement cleanup efforts at Superfund and NPL facilities throughout the southeastern US. Amanda has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, with specialization in Environmental Engineering, from Georgia Tech. Amanda is married with two daughters and enjoys running in her spare time.

Jamie L. Lewis, CIC

PRESIDENT, SPG ENVIRONMENTAL

Jamie Lewis serves as President of SPG Environmental. She also heads the Brokerage Southeast Region, focusing on assisting our agency partners in placing environmental coverage with highly rated carriers and products. She began her insurance career with State Farm Insurance in the Fire Company. Since joining SPG Environmental (formerly Beacon Hill Associates) in 2007, Jamie has served in multiple production and management roles for all territories. As President, Jamie manages an excellent team with specialties in large and small renewal and new business, along with superior servicing. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor and enjoys participating in as many insurance-related professional development courses and trainings as she can. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband who is a Charlottesville City Police Lieutenant and being a mom to their two young boys.

Mike Tighe

Michael Tighe

CHIEF SALES OFFICER, SPG ENVIRONMENTAL

Michael Tighe serves as Chief Sales Officer for SPG Environmental (formerly Beacon Hill Associates), where he has been a driving force since joining the firm in 2001. He also leads the Brokerage Northeast Region and specializes in environmental contractors, real estate portfolios, manufacturers and distributors, and standalone pollution coverage across a wide range of commercial risks. Prior to working for SPG Environmental, Mike worked as a retailer in the Washington, DC area—experience that gave him a deep appreciation for the challenges agents face. Today, he partners with agents to place effective pollution coverage through more than forty highly rated carriers. Mike earned his business degree from the University of Virginia. He and his wife have a son and daughter, and he enjoys volunteering at Caring for Creatures, an animal sanctuary in Virginia, alongside his daughter. When he’s not working or giving back, you’ll find him chasing golf balls, playing pickleball, or being chased by his two dogs.

Chelsea Albright

Vice President, SPG Environmental

Chelsea Albright joined SPG Environmental (formerly Beacon Hill Associates) in June 2015 after working in the personal lines insurance market. She has earned both her BS Degree in Biology as well as her Certified Insurance Counselor Designation. Chelsea works on a variety of small to middle market environmental risks from Contractors Pollution & Professional to Site Pollution Liability. She currently lives outside of Asheville, NC and enjoys spending time with her daughter & husband and going to Tennessee Vols games.

Brandy Cooper

Account Executive, SPG ENVIRONMENTAL

Brandy Cooper joined SPG Environmental in 2025 as an Account Executive, bringing more than 24 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong focus on energy-related risks. She’s passionate about helping clients navigate complex coverage needs and building long-term relationships along the way. Originally from Jenks, Oklahoma, Brandy loves learning new things and finding ways to grow—both personally and professionally. When she’s not working, you’ll find her spending time with her husband, their two kids, and their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

Ashley Dell’Ovo

Assistant Service Manager, SPG Environmental

Ashley Dell’Ovo joined the SPG Environmental team (formally Beacon Hill Associates) in September of 2021 as the Assistant Service Manager. She graduated from Worcester State University, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Before coming to SPG Environmental, she worked as an Executive Assistant at a brokerage firm servicing sport-related risks. Ashley is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, and now resides in Holden, Massachusetts. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, and decorating & cooking.

Stephen Holcombe

Vice President, SPG Environmental

Stephen Holcombe joined SPG Environmental (formally Beacon Hill Associates) in May 2015 as an Assistant Vice President. Stephen’s current role is Vice President and Great Lakes Regional Manager. During his 18+ years in the insurance industry, Stephen has had a wide variety of experience in production, underwriting, and sales for both carriers and MGAs. At SPG Environmental, Stephen has focused his efforts on cultivating agency relationships, placing new business accounts in the environmental and energy sectors, and maintaining a book of key renewal accounts. Stephen is a proud Temple University alum, where he majored in Risk Management and Insurance. He currently lives in suburban Philadelphia with his wife and two children. Stephen enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, and rooting on Philadelphia sports teams in his spare time.

Nicole Jeffers

Senior Broker, SPG Environmental

Nicole started her insurance career in 2006 working for an insurance broker, focusing on Contractors Professional and Pollution Liability. During her time there she served in multiple roles, from support staff to Account Executive, focusing on clients in the Northwest Region. She joined SPG Environmental (formerly Beacon Hill Associates) in 2022 as a Senior Broker, working in the Southeast Region. Originally a Jersey Girl, she now resides in Vero Beach, FL. During her free time she enjoys boating up and down the Intercoastal with her family and friends. She also loves to cook and bake (it’s her passion!)

Sara Kooij

Assistant Vice President, SPG Environmental

Sara Kooij has been with SPG Environmental (formerly Beacon Hill Associates) since 2015. She previously worked in a variety of administrative and managerial capacities at a tax resolution company, as well as the corporate office of a security franchise. Sara received her BA in Media Arts and Design and French from James Madison University. In her spare time, she chases her goal of visiting and camping in every national park with her husband, daughter, and schnoodle.

Cy Lawson

Senior Broker, SPG Environmental

Cy Lawson joined SPG Environmental (formally Beacon Hill Associates) in January 2020 as a Production Assistant. Cy currently works as a Senior Broker focusing on small to middle market accounts in the Northeast region. Prior to joining the insurance industry, he worked in training and regulation in the airline industry. Originally from Central Virginia, Cy now lives in Central Massachusetts where you’ll often find him wishing he had moved somewhere warmer.

Tyler Moneymaker joined SPG Environmental (formerly Beacon Hill Associates) in October of 2019 as a Production Assistant and now serves as Senior Broker in the Northeast Region. Tyler began his insurance career in personal lines before the move to environmental insurance. He currently resides in Waynesboro, VA with his wife and 2 children (boy/girl twins!). He is a graduate of Bridgewater College with a degree in Biology. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing & watching sports.

Jaiden Pitts

Account Manager, SPG Environmental

Jaiden Pitts joined the SPG Environmental team (formally Beacon Hill Associates) in May of 2024 as an Account Manager. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Southern New Hampshire University in 2015. Jaiden has prior experience with agricultural and health insurance as well as mortgage processing. She is originally from Pensacola, FL and moved to the Charlottesville, VA area in 2023. In her spare time, she can be found spending time with her husband and four kids, traveling, and gardening.

Justin Radcliffe

Vice President, SPG Environmental

Justin Radcliffe joined SPG Environmental (formally Beacon Hill Associates) in 2022 and serves as a Vice President and South Central Regional Manager. Justin brings 10 years of experience in the commercial insurance brokerage space, where he has focused on energy industry related risks. He is a native of Houston, TX, where he resides with his wife and two children. Justin is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Liberal Arts.

Carter McAuley Ragland

Vice President, Brokerage Service Manager, SPG Environmental

Carter Ragland heads up SPG Environmental’s Service Department, leading our exceptional group of service team members. She joined the company in October 2012 as an Administrative Assistant, having spent several years working in personal lines and then for a general wholesale brokerage. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Psychology. She has moved from Administrative Assistant to Renewal Team Member, to managing the Service Team and is committed to adding value and expertise to our agents’ experience with SPG Environmental. In her spare time, she and her husband like to garden and travel and focus on raising their four boys and menagerie of animals.

Larry Simmons

Assistant Vice President, SPG Environmental

Larry Simmons joined SPG Environmental (formally Beacon Hill Associates) in September 2016 as a Senior Account Executive for the Southeast region. He brings several years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently serving as an environmental underwriter. In this role, Larry specialized in middle-market accounts with a focus on HAZMAT contractors. Prior to working in insurance, he held multiple positions in the mental health/social services field in the City of Richmond, including crisis stabilization counselor, school-based therapeutic day treatment counselor, intensive in-home counselor, and program director of a juvenile group home. Larry attended the University of Virginia and then Texas Southern University for graduate school.

Chapin Speidel

Vice President, SPG Environmental

Chapin Speidel, CRIS joined the SPG Environmental team (formerly Beacon Hill Associates) in January 2020 as a broker and the manager of the Rocky Mountain region. He previously worked in the retail insurance brokerage space for 5 years in Virginia and Colorado, focusing on the construction and manufacturing verticals. Chapin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, with a minor in Economics from Denison University, where he also played for the Men’s Lacrosse team. He is a native of Charlottesville, VA and is an avid Virginia Cavaliers sports fan. In his spare time, Chapin enjoys spending his time skiing, golfing, and listening to live music.

Ashley White

Associate Broker, SPG Environmental

Ashley White joined SPG Environmental (formerly Beacon Hill Associates) as a Production Assistant in September 2021. She is originally from Big Island, VA and graduated in 2015 from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies with High Distinction, a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda, a peer mentor, and part of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Ashley previously worked in the retail industry for fifteen years. She and her husband love spending time with their twelve pups, one of which is special needs, eleven are Basenjis, and the last is a 60lb giantess mix who thinks she’s also a Basenji; she even tries to yodel (“tries” being the key word).

Chris Zapf

Chris Zapf joined the SPG Environmental team (formerly Beacon Hill Associates) in September 2025. He began his insurance career as a transportation underwriter and most recently worked on the retail side with a focus on construction and transportation clients. Chris serves as the Vice President of our West Region, handling renewals & new business and growing our book of business in this territory. He has always enjoyed helping businesses find the right coverages while building strong relationships along the way. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with family, getting out on the golf course, and cooking.
