OWNERSHIP

The Company and its content providers (“Providers”) own and have copyrights on this Website and all of the Content, materials, and other elements therein, protected under United States, Canadian and International copyright laws and treaties. The information, materials and other content on this Website may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, downloaded, posted, transmitted, publicly displayed, used to create derivative works, or otherwise used for public or commercial purposes, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of the Company.

Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on this Website (“Marks”) are the registered or common law trademarks of the Company or third parties. Your use of and access to this Website does not grant you any license or right to use any of the Marks displayed on this Website. Without limiting the foregoing, no Content, including any insurance quote, rate, form, application page, or other output made available through this Website, may be used, in whole or in part, as input, training data, fine-tuning data, retrieval source, grounding source, or evaluation data for any artificial intelligence system, machine-learning system, or large-language-model system, whether by you, on your behalf, or by any third party acting through your access. The limited license granted by these Terms expressly excludes any such use.

USE

By using this Website you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding legal contracts. If you are less than 18 years of age you may not use this Website and you must leave immediately. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords, login names, or other information associated with your use of this Website.

You may not use this Website for any false or fraudulent purpose. You are also forbidden from using this Website to transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane, or any content that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

Permitted Use. You may only use this Website to obtain insurance quotations and related services for legitimate insurance-purchasing purposes, on your own behalf or on behalf of a business or individual you are expressly authorized to represent. Each quote request, application, or other form submission must reflect actual applicant information and a genuine intent to evaluate or purchase the insurance product quoted. You may not use this Website to make or submit any false, fraudulent, duplicative, speculative, test, or automated quote request, any request submitted in anticipation of demand, or any request not tied to a bona fide insurance inquiry.

Prohibited Automated Access. Without the Company’s prior express written permission, you agree not to:

  • (a) access, monitor, index, frame, link to, or copy any portion of the Website using any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, headless browser, automated agent, AI agent, large language model, machine-learning system, or any other manual or automated means or process, for any purpose;
  • (b) extract, harvest, collect, aggregate, or compile any data, content, quotes, rates, forms, or other materials from the Website, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, evaluating, grounding, or augmenting any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model;
  • (c) generate, submit, or cause to be submitted any quote request, application, form completion, or other interaction with the Website through automated means or in bulk;
  • (d) violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion header (robots.txt) or ignore, bypass, or circumvent any rate limit, CAPTCHA, access control, authentication measure, technical protection measure, or other measure employed to prevent, detect, limit, or condition access to the Website;
  • (e) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying algorithms of any part of the Website;
  • (f) use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the normal operation of the Website or imposes (or may impose) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Company’s infrastructure; or
  • (g) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, license, sublicense, frame, deep-link to, or otherwise commercially exploit any portion of the Website or its Content.

You may not use this Website for any commercial, financial or other similar purpose without the express prior written consent of the Company.

Finally, you may not use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

Technical Measures. The Company and all related entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion and without notice, to deploy and modify technical measures — including rate limiting, IP-based or ASN-based blocking, device fingerprinting, CAPTCHA challenges, bot-detection systems, and access throttling — to detect, deter, and prevent automated or abusive access. Any attempt to circumvent such measures is a material breach of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right, at any time and without advance notice or liability, to terminate your access to this Website and any services offered therein. Without limiting any other remedy, the Company and all related entities may immediately suspend, throttle, or terminate access — by individual user, account, IP address, IP range, ASN, device, or network — upon any actual or suspected violation of the foregoing provisions, and may pursue injunctive relief and damages, including under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 1201), applicable state computer-trespass and unfair-competition statutes, and common-law trespass to chattels.
